"FOUR"   (2007 Short Film)
-Written by T. George McArdle

Four_Poster    Four young psychotic individuals are sentenced to St. Michael’sPenitentiary for the criminally insane.  Upon evaluation by head psychiatrist Dr. Mark Palumbo, each of the four patients is individually assigned to one of the four highly reputablepsychiatrists on staff.  Notwithstanding Dr. Palumbo’s emphasis on the importance of maintaining the proper prescribed dosages for each patient, an excess of medications disrupts the status quo.

Four patients are out to prove that the biggest frustration for any psychologically-challenged human being is that “no one understands.”  These four patients are convinced that the only way to appreciate the mental tortures of a psychologically disturbed person is to be in their shoes and live in their mind.  Their goal is to completely reverse roles with the doctors physically, emotionally and mentally leaving them with no other “choice,” but to empathize by experiencing the exploration of the insane.
